Your Pants Project Can Start Before the Tech Pack Is Finished.
Start with the material you already have. The next step is to make the intended fit, fabric feel and decoration clear enough to review.
Start From a Direction
Bring a sketch, moodboard or early product idea. We will use it to identify the first decisions that need definition.
Share the directionMatch a Reference
Use a reference image, physical garment or an annotated earlier version to show what should stay and what should change.
Mark the referenceWork From a Tech Pack
Send the measurements, fabric and process information already defined so the review can begin with verification.
Attach the tech packChoose the Sweatpants Direction Before the Details.
The intended use and visual character should lead the product definition, not a long list of disconnected options.

Printed Sweatpants
For graphic-led fleece pants with planned artwork scale and placement.
- Artwork is reviewed around pockets, side seams and the leg opening.
- Print route, ink hand and placement follow the selected sweat fabric.

Embroidered Joggers
For stitched marks that work with fleece stretch and pocket placement.
- Stitch density, backing and placement are checked with the sweat fabric.
- Embroidery can be planned for pockets, upper leg or side panels.

Washed Sweatpants
For garment-dyed or washed fleece with controlled shade and softness.
- Fabric weight, shade movement and seam response are reviewed together.
- The finished wash sample defines the direction for approval.

Patch and Mixed Process
For builds that combine patches, print, embroidery and branded trims.
- Each process is planned around the same panel, pocket and seam map.
- The order of decoration and finishing is confirmed before sampling.
Full Length, Capri and Shorts Need Different Proportions.
Outseam, rise, knee position and leg opening need to be set for the intended length, not shortened from one master pattern without review.
Full Length

Set the full outseam, knee position and hem opening for a clean break over the shoe.
Capri Length

Balance the below-knee or calf length with the rise and leg width so the proportion feels intentional.
Shorts

Define the inseam, thigh opening and pocket depth together for movement and coverage.
