A completed sample made to the confirmed design, measurements, materials, and construction details.
We check measurements, construction, workmanship, and artwork placement against the agreed specifications.
We send a visual update of the completed sample so you can review the result and discuss the next step.
Physical shipment and transit time are separate. Fit and hand feel are best assessed when you receive the sample.
After the sample details were confirmed on January 17, we arranged sampling, shared fabric preparation and printing updates, and sent photos of three completed samples on January 24.

Working Day 1 begins after all required details, materials, and payment are confirmed. Sending an inquiry alone does not start the clock.
Custom-developed materials or techniques that need further testing may require a longer sampling schedule.

We prepare the pattern and make the sample using the confirmed materials, construction, and artwork.
We compare the completed sample with the agreed specifications before sharing the result.
For accepted seven-day projects, we send photos or video of the completed, internally checked sample by the end of Working Day 7.

Yes. Send details of the reference garment and explain what you want to keep or change. We’ll confirm whether it provides enough information for sampling and identify any missing specifications.
They require a project review. Custom fabric development, special trims, washes, or combinations of techniques that need testing may take longer. We’ll confirm a practical schedule before sampling begins.

No. The seven-day period covers the first sample, internal checking, and the photo or video update. Shipping, transit, and later revisions are scheduled separately. Bulk production requires separate sample approval.
